  • Board of Directors Meeting begins at 8:30am, NetIP Board Members Only
  • Continuing Education Courses will start at 3:00 pm, followed by mixers for Medical and Legal professionals
    • Please plan on arriving at the hotel by noon if you would like to participate in these courses.
  • Planned group City Excursions and Optional Events will begin at 3:00pm
  • Official Conference Kickoff begins at 6:30pm
    
    
• Sunday August 22, 2010: Official Conference End at 5:00pm
  • Main Conference Events will end no later than 5:00pm
  • Sunday City Excursions and Optional Events will end by 8:00pm

CONFERENCE DETAILS:

HOTEL

The Grand Hyatt in Downtown Seattle available for conference attendees at a significant discounted rate of $149/night for the weekend of our conference. If you are seeking a roommate or have a room at the Hyatt - this option will be offered via oiur registration path.

DRESS CODE

The dress code for the conference is published here. Business-Casual attire will be strictly enforced for our daytime sessions. We are proud to be showcasing top-notch speakers and industry leaders from all over North America, and we ask for your cooperation in reinforcing our position as a premier professional networking brand.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Registration will open on-site at the hotel on Friday from 10 am - 2pm and will re-open from 8am onward on Saturday. You MUST register as soon as you arrive to obtain your wristband, badge, as well as program brochure containing the full weekend agenda. You must have your personal and conference identification with you at all times over the course of the weekend. Additional, security will be at the event, to reinforce that ONLY registered delegates will be permitted to attend all our conference activities.

NIGHTLY PARTIES

Your conference registration is inclusive of all our nightly parties on Friday & Saturday. The outside venues of our Friday and Saturday parties will not be publicized on our website since these events are EXCLUSIVE only to registered conference delegates. Bus transportation will be provided as necessary to outside venues that are not within walking distance.

OPTIONAL EVENTS

We have included several fun and unique optional events this year at a small additional cost. We highly recommend that you sign up for these to enhance your conference experience, as well as to interact with your fellow conference delegates in a more social setting. Please take a look at our optional events page for details on the events being offered.

Optional Event sign-up will not be available during the conference. Space is limited for all activities. Please ensure you sign up for your activity of choice as soon as possible.

PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS

If you are arriving early in Seattle on Thursday night, there will be a pre-conference social mixer outside of the hotel. This will be a great laid back opportunity to meet and mingle with NetIP leaders, as well as local speakers/sponsors, and see another fun & hip area of Seattle. Details to come as the conference date gets closer!
